Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a smartphone for 2FA?
While a smartphone with an authenticator app is recommended, you can also use desktop authenticator apps or receive codes via SMS.
What if I lose my phone?
Use your backup codes to log in, then immediately disable and re-enable 2FA with your new phone.
Is 2FA really necessary?
We strongly recommend it. 2FA prevents unauthorized access even if someone discovers your password.
